• Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet.• Always adhere the gel sheet to the electrodes when using the product. Do

not touch the electrodes directly when the power is on.

Installing the Battery

• Use a lithium button battery CR2032.• The button battery that comes with the product is for trial purposes only so it may not

last as long as normal.• The life of the button battery may also be shortened when used in a cold room.• When the button battery gets wea the electrical stimulus will also get wea er. If you

continue using the product when this happens a warning will beep and after about 2minutes the power will turn off automatically. Replace it with a new battery.

• If you forcibly turn the battery cover it may damage it.

• Always follow the precautions on the button battery.• Install the button battery so its + and – electrodes face the right way.• Remove the button battery when not using the product for a long time.• Only use a battery before its best-before date.• Do not get the battery wet or touch it with wet hands.

1 Insert the opener that comes with theproduct into the groove of the battery cover and turn towards OPEN.

Handling Gel Sheets

Pay attention to the following points when handling gel sheets.

Important!• Gel sheets are applied in the same way for both Abs Fit and Body Fit.• If af xed incorrectly gel sheets may lose their adhesion to the s in fail

to function normally and or wear out faster than normal.

• Do not use damaged deteriorated or dirty gel sheets. Doing so may resultin burns.

• Always adhere gel sheet to all the electrodes when using the product. If anelectrode touches the s in it may be painful or cause a burn.

2 Peel off the orange lm on thegel sheet.• The side with the clear lm stic s to

your body. Ma e sure the sheet isfacing the right way.

• eep away from direct sunlight heat and humidity. Store in a cool dar place.• Do not leave gel sheets out or store them with anything that is dirty. If the gel sheets

get dirty they may not stic properly anymore the electrical stimulation may wea enand or you may feel pain or get burned.

• Although the gel sheets may peel off more readily after using them 15 to 25times due to the fre uency of cleaning them the state of your s in and or thestorage conditions cleaning them helps them last longer. For details refer to P.1Maintenance.

• If a gel sheet accidentally gets stuc to clothing or the li e do not tear it off by forcemoisten the other side of the cloth where the sheet is stuc and it will come off easily.

Gel sheets are consumables. Replace with a new sheet at the following times:

• One month after opening or after using about 30 times (stic ing to s in).• When it loses its adhesiveness the adhesive surface (gel) dries out or is gouged or

dirt grime that cannot be removed exists.

Handling Gel Sheets

Attach Gel Sheets to the Following Locations

Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet. Not doing so may result in pain or burns.

1 Peel off the gel sheet slowly so itcomes off as a sheet.• Remove any gel remaining on the electrodes

(stic ing the new gel sheet to remainingfragments will cause the electrode to comeoff easily).

3 Stic it to an electrode (grey) on theproduct.• Apply so no air gets in. Use the eshy part

of a nger to press on the clear lm over thegel sheet to remove any air.

4 After af xing a gel sheet properly tothe product peel off the lm (clear).• Do not peel off the gel sheet af xed to the

electrodes until you replace it with a newone.

Attach the product so it wraps around your waist and the controls face down.

Attach to your body between your ribs and hips.

1 Attach the product to the area where you wish to use it.

• Wipe any sweat off the area to be used before attaching.• Touch the adhesive (gel surface) as little as possible.• Stic the gel sheet to your s in. If there is a gap where it is stuc on

If you can t readily feel the stimulation reposition the product 1 to 2 cm at a time up or down. When repositioning the product turn off the power.

Usage Guide• Use once per day per area used.• When a fresh battery is used it lasts for about 30 programs at level 8

(at a room temperature of 20°C).• The battery lasts longer if you lower the level. Battery life shortens if you increase the level.• At cold temperatures battery performance will decline resulting in a decrease in the usage

• If any fragments of gel are left on your s in wipe them off completely. If you leavefragments stic ing to your body they may ma e your s in rough.

5 Removing the product from your body.

Do not pull with excessive force or hold only one part when peeling off. Doing so may damage the product.

As shown in the diagram hold the product by both sides and slowly peel it off.

How to care for this product(1) Wipe off any sweat or moisture from the product gently with a soft cloth and

avoid scratching it.(2) If it is dirty wet a soft cloth with lu ewarm water diluted with 3 to 5 detergent

wring it out well and gently wipe off any dirt on the surface.(3) Rinse the cloth with water wring it out well and wipe off any detergent.(4) Let it air-dry in a well-ventilated shaded place.

How to care for Gel Sheets

If the adhesive surface of the gel sheet becomes dirty and fails to stic properly care for it according to the instructions below:(1) Get some drops of water on your ngertips and rub

the adhesive surface (gel surface) and remove anydirt.

(2) Sha e off as much water as you can and leaveit adhesive face (gel side) up to air-dry in a well-ventilated shaded location.

(3) Allow to air-dry until there is no moisture on thesurface and then af x the product to the storagesheet.

Q&A

Can it be used every day?

Yes it can be used daily. owever only use once per day per area. Refrain from using more than once in the same area as doing so may result in muscle fatigue. Also if you sense something abnormal with your s in or body stop use immediately and consult your doctor.

Can I use it in the bathroom?

The product is not waterproof. Refrain from using it in the bathroom as doing so may result in an accident injury damage or the product getting dirty.

How do I care for the product? Wipe off any dirt or grime on the surface of the product with a dry cloth. Refer to Maintenance on P.1 for details on how to clean the gel sheets.

What level should I use it at?

Use a wea level when using it for the rst time. Once you are used to a wea level adjust the level as desired.

Is it O to put some lotion or body cream on before use?

Doing so will reduce the adhesion of the gel sheets and may wea en the sense of the stimulation so do not put anything on your s in before use.

Are there any places or conditions when I shouldn't use it?

Do not use on parts above the nec (head face etc.) or on areas around the heart such as the spine chest or shoulder blades. Furthermore do not use if you have any heart conditions. For details see Safety Precautions on P.3.

Is it O to use the product during pregnancy or immediately after childbirth?

No do not use this product at such times. Women postpartum or who are nursing should consult with their doctor.

The battery seems to wear out very uic ly. Is there a problem?

When a fresh battery is used it lasts for about 30 programs at level 8 (at a room temperature of 20°C). However the life expectancy of the button battery varies greatly with the environment in which it is used and stored. The battery that comes with the product is for trial use. When replacing the button battery use a fresh CR2032 lithium button battery.

Is it O to use the product while sleeping?

Do not use the product while sleeping.

Will my muscles get sore from using this product?

Just as with any ind of training your muscles may get sore. If your muscles are sore refrain from using the product or lower the level.

When should I replace the gel sheet?

This varies with the usage environment but in general replace with new sheets after using them about 30 times (stic unstic from your s in). Also replace with a new gel sheet if the sheet's adhesion deteriorates or if part becomes detached rolled in a ball etc.

The electrodes have become blac is this a problem?

No this is not a problem. The electrodes may turn blac depending on the number of times used and or the usage conditions. The electrode material itself is being discolored. It is not anything unsanitary such as mold or dirt and it does not diminish the performance of the product.
