Documentaryproof should be in English or translated in English, duly certified. The un-pricedtechnical bids received without documentary proof of this “Important TenderConditions” may not be considered for further evaluation.

prevail- ing Govt. directives/Corporation policy.

 The bidder if is a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprises as per the Micro, Small &Medium Enterprises development act 2006 (MSMED act 2006) and registered withthe authorities under the above act for the items/services covered under thistender, then the party has to indicate the Entrepreneurs’ Memorandum number(twelve digit) and enclose a copy of certificate (Duly notarized) issued by theauthorities under the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises development act 2006.

Following are exempted from payment of EMD and Tender Fees

(1) Public Sector Undertaking of Central/State Govt /Joint Ventures of IOCL and ) 2 (  A s per MSME Act 2006 Industries/Organizations registered under; SSI/NSIC/MSME Units.
