IELTS Confirmation Letter – February 2015

This letter is to confirm that your registration for the IELTS Test to be held in February has been

accepted.

VERY IMPORTANT:

1. Candidates are responsib le for reading the document NOTICE TO IELTS CANDIDATES before the

examination period.

2. Personal belongings (books, mobile phones, bags, etc.) are not permitted inside the examination room

(Speaking test and Written test) .

3. The use of mobile phones may disqualify the candidate.

4. Food and beverages are not allowed in the exam rooms, only water in a transparent plastic bottle.

5. Candidates who arrive late or are not present in the time and date that appear in their Timetable will

miss the Test. Exams are not rescheduled.

SPEAKING INTERVIEW:

Date, place and time of examination will be confirmed by email on Friday 20 February 2015 (p.m.).

In case the candidate has not received the email i t is their responsibility to contact the area by

email in order to ask for the date and time of their exam,

Candidates must reply to the email confirming reception.

Candidates must arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the Speaking Interview, bring ing a long the

document with which they registered.

After the test, candidates must leave the premises without speaking to other candidate s.

WRITTEN EXAM:

The written exam will be held on Saturday 28 February 2015. Place and time of exam ination will be

confirmed by email on Friday 20 February 2015.

Bring DNI or valid Passport (the same document used for registration).

Candidateswill have to wait for the supervisor’s authorization to enter the exam room.

Exam duration: 3 hours approximately. No breaks.

RESULTS:

Results can be collected on Friday 13 March 2015 by candidates themselves or a person authorized by

them, person who should carry a letter signed by the candidate and a copy of their DNI, from 8.30 a.m.

to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at Arequipa Ave. 3445 – San Isidro.

Candidates receive one (01) Test Report Form (TRF), oficial document that shows the candidate ’s overall

performance (overall band), as well as the performance in each of the components of the Test . The

IELTSTMTest is valid for 2 years.

Results (TRFs) will be sent, free of charge, to a maximum of 05 institutions (embassies, universities, etc.) at

the candidate’s d iscretion through SERPOST. Candidates should request this by email during the first

month after taking the exam. Afterwards it will have a cost of S/ 40.00 .

If candidates wish IELTS results to be sent by courier they will have to pay the administrative fee.

Candidates are advised to keep their IELTS Test Report Form, as they will only receive one copy.

IMPORTANT:

Once the candidate is registered, no refunds will be accepted.

If the candidate is unhappy with his results he can apply for a re-mark. Ask for the procedure by email.
