Our GuestroomsEach of our spacious (674 sq. �) guestroom accommodations feature a luxurious duvet and 300-thread-count sheets, a walk-in-closet, an oversized desk, custom-designed furnishings, 40” LCD television, wireless keyboard, Samsung Surround Sound System, iPod® docking station, DVD/CD player, high-speed wireless Internet access, in-room safe, wet bar, and mini refrigerator. In addition, our luxuriously appointed marble and granite baths feature oversized soaking tubs, separate shower areas, and double vanities with oversized mirrors featuring imbedded LCD televisions.

Ocean View Rooms Located in proximi� to the beach, although respecting the balance of nature and the coconut plantation feel of the resort.

The Governor’s Suite It is a one-of-a-kind stately accommodation. This unique suite features an oversized balcony with breathtaking views, private kitchen with separate entrance, private elevator, living room, dining room and master bedroom with a dressing room. It also features an oversized bathroom with views from its own relaxation terrace, an overflowing bathtub and dual showers, as well as all other suite amenities. This unique suite follows the colonial feel of the resort and provides a relaxing residential atmosphere.

St. Regis Suites Our one-bedroom oceanfront St. Regis Suites, Luxury Suites and Astor Suites feature a beautiful view and are located just 40 yards from the Atlantic Ocean’s crashing surf. These suites feature not only a separate living room with a pull-out sofa bed, but also a walk-out terrace with table and chairs, and one king bed in the bedroom. All of our rooms are adorned with a luxurious plush duvet, 300-thread-count Frette linens, a walk-in-closet, an oversized desk, custom designed furnishings, 55” LCD televisions, wireless keyboard, iPod® docking station, DVD/CD player, high-speed wireless Internet access, in-room safe, wet bar, mini refrigerator and �o luxurious bathrooms. Getting Marriedin Puerto Rico

Residency RequirementsTo get married in Puerto Rico you do not need to be aresident of Puerto Rico or a US citizen.The only requirement is your desire to get married onour enchanted Island.

Marriage LicenseA Marriage License is required and must be requestedby letter. Both the bride and groom must appear inperson at the time of applying for the license.

Laboratory TestsA VDRL blood test performed by a federally certifiedlaboratory is crucial for the marriage process. You canhave these tests performed at your local lab within 10days prior to the wedding. A doctor in Puerto Rico willthen review the results and sign the license.

Authentication of DocumentsOn just a quick visit to the Demographic Registry youcan purchase the license stamps for $30.00. A�er thisyou’ll be ready to say “I do.” We will gladly arrangetransportation and assistance if necessary.

IdentificationsValid identifications with photo or passportsare required.

Other CertificatesIf you have been divorced or are a widower,please bring the corresponding certificates.

Religious and Civil CeremoniesFor your marriage to be legal, it must be performedeither by a registered minister, judge orauthorized clergyman.

FrequentlyAsked Questions

Can we hold the space while we make our decision?We know that this is a very important decision. We offer a 7-day temporary hold on your event space once a proposal has been prepared. Upon receiving the contract, you will have 7 days to return it signed along with the deposit for the wedding.

What is a food and beverage minimum?The food and beverage minimum is the amount you are required to spend for the event. It is calculated based on all the food and beverage purchased for your event and does not include sales tax or service charge. It is a minimum commitment and does not imply a total cost of your event.

Will I have a Wedding Menu Tasting?For weddings and special events with a minimum food and beverage consumption of $18,000.00 a complimentary tasting will be extended for up to 4 guests. To ensure a bespoke experience, your tasting will be scheduled with a minimum of 30 days in advance. Guest may choose (6) appetizers, (2) salads, (2) plated entrées and (3) flavors of cake.

What items are provided by the hotel?The St. Regis Bahía Beach will provide the followingfor your wedding event:66” Round tables, All china, silver service & glassware, glass charger plates for parties up to 100 guests, white folding chairs for the ceremony & outdoor receptions, Infused water for the ceremony, dance floor and stage. Please note: Special linen or chairs would need to be contracted separately.

What is the sound ordinance of the hotel if I shoulddecide to have my event outdoors?The time ordinance of the hotel is 10:00pm for all outdoor events. At this time the music should be turned off. Events can be moved to an indoor venue.

Are bartenders included within the price?Bartenders have an additional charge of $150.00 perbartender. For a good service in your event we recommend one bartender per 50 guests.How many waiters will I have for my event?The hotel standard quanti� of waiters is 1 per every 10 guests for plated menus.

Are there any specific vendors I am required to use at the resort?The St. Regis Bahia Beach has a list of preferred vendors that is provided to all our future brides and grooms. We recommend these vendors because they follow the highest service standards and can provide our clients with the most memorable experience. However, brides and grooms may feel free to bring in their own vendors if that is their preference.

Is lighting included for my outdoor events during the night?Lighting is not included for outdoor events during nighttime. PSAV our in-house vendor will be able to provide you with prices and options.
