Dave,
I hope that you are doing well today.
As noted below ín my 2/L4/L7 email, please find attached the updated, sealed, electrical drawings prepared by Joel
Martinez, P.E. for your files and information. The updated electrical drawings reflect the added sewer skid.
I have plotted the drawings and will incorporate them into the field set.
Thank you and please contact me with questions.
Sincerely,

Follow upFlagged
Dave,
I hope that you are doing wellthis afternoon.
I left a voice mailon your phone a few minutes ago.
HB Rentals, the supplier of the housing facility building, will be utilizing a sewage vault located within a sea container
please find a photo attached. This vault is permitted under Garfield County Permit # SEPT-12-I-6-4535.
I have had project architect Jeff Johnson prepare an evaluation of the sewage vault skid for compliance with IBC
2015. Jeff is cc'd on this communicat¡on: Phone: 970-625-0580'
Jeff noted the following:
,,The sewer skid use ond occupancy classification wilt be a Group U- Utitity & Miscetlaneous os defined in IBC 2075 section
t would suggest the sewer skid be cotegorized os Type V-B os per 2075 tBC, (reference Toble 607).
ln addition, Tqbte 602 shows that o V-B type of construction does not require rated exter¡or walls for either the Group R-
Housing or the Group tJ-Sewer skid os long os the distonce between the two buildings is between 70 feet ond 30 feet.
The distance between the sewer skid and the housing focility should therefore be 77'-0" "
I have attached a revised site plan prepared by Jeff Johnson adding the sewer skid.
please let me know if you agree with my assertion that, like the potable water skid, the sewer skid does not urre a
Garfield County Building Permit.
I have also cc'd Chief Mike Harvey- De Beque Fire Protection District on this email as well.
Thank you for your assistance and please contact me with questions
Sincerely, ?uv zlvlnr.o.wf%l

A. ATCO Structures Cover Sheet- I have removed the 2 yellow sticky notes from this page as these are not
formal plan review comments.
B. Sheet CVR- "Verify adequate structural support @ floor/foundation for water tank at Mech. Room". As per
our conversation, this fire suppression system water tank is shown on the ATCO Structures Sheet AA01 as
equipment item number 642. This tank, and associated water weight, was calculated into the steel skid
design and was approved via the Colorado Division of Housing Plan Approval and affixing the CDOH insignias
on each factory manufactured unit. We agreed that additional verification of this issue is not required.
C. I will have Don Berger, P.E. provide a letter certifying the installation of the ground a nchors and will submit
