Introduction

The assessment of the Tenders for the Works Contract was undertaken by the evaluationCommittee from 16th March 2007 up to 27th pril 2007 and the Tender !valuation "eport wassubmitted to C#C$% Takin& into account that all offers received e'ceeded the available bud&et of the pro(ect)accordin& with the !valuation "eport conclusions and in line with the *"+ provisions) the

C#C$ decided to cancel the tender procedure and to enter into ne&otiations%

The followin& tenders were considered compliant and to start ne&otiation with,
