    1. Pay is on per piece basis, not hourly basis. (email the lead that you have read& understand this point)

    2. You must create different email account each time you get a package of links.(We prefer excite or yahoo) use the clients email to fill out web pages, (if web pagestates already applied use your work email

    3. For every email account you create, you have to put [email protected] your backup e-mail.

    7. Use your own package email to register in every site. But prefer to use theclients email upon filling up the application details. Use the package email only whenyou cant use the clients.

    8. Theres a chance some of the links are:

    Duplicate must be marked in purple color.Expired must be marked in red color.

    Highlight them in the timesheet, also type in duplicate or Expired Links in thesection of the timesheet

    9. You will receive a package, which will contain links, lead instructions and clientinformation plus resumeall the items you need to do the job.

    11. In 48 hours max (from the time we send you the package) you have tocommunicate with us that you have completed work and are ready for the nextpackage. Your communication should look like this: ((THIS IS AN EXAMPLE))

    There are 2 issues:1. Craigslist postings require US phone number to receive text code to activate the

    listing. I cannot receive the text codeI USED CLIENT PHONE NUMBER THEY WILLGET THE CODE AND EMAIL TO THE LEAD, WHEN I GET IT FROM THE LEAD I WILLCONTINUE

    12. The lead will check your timesheet (excel spreadsheet) and your e-mailaccount. If he doesnt find e-mail confirmation for the job youve applied too, hell usethe username and password youve provided and check the job site for eventualemails. It is very very rare that a confirmation email is not sent.

    13. With that said we still find some people want to produce half work and giveexcuses for poor work.

    14. We also realize some people tend to make excuses for not completing a 48hour turn around, or not filling in every section of the form they are working on. If youcannot provide quality work during the 4 week trial period there is no way we willhave you work on client packages.

    A. As a data entry contractor, how will I be paid for my work?You will be paid on a per-piece basis. For some projects, the amount of data to beentered is small and you are able to input anywhere from 2 forms per minute.The fasteryou type the more you can get done yet the slower you type is harder on you, the goodnews is you have 48 hours how you time manage is up to you.     20wpm can complete 600 lines in 48 hoursworking 16 hours in two days so no excuseswe now it can be done, 40wpm 1200 lines (it is currently being done by one of our typistwith no excuses, so check your own personal time management)

    B. Each link is paid at $0.05 per linkwe calculate this in this way a receptionist inone hour of dedicated work can complete 10 applications in in 15min .20 apps in

    30min40 apps in an hour so as an employed receptionist working 8 hours a day witha one hour lunch break that receptionist can produce 320 apps for the company as apaid employee punching a clock everyday driving to work

    C. This is a PT piece work position many typist do this work at night for extra money pay issent out every two weeks on friday. (1st and 3rd)you set your own time

    D. When and how often will I be paid?You will email timesheet (excel spreadsheet) (and paid every other Friday).

    E. Do I have any choice about when I perform my work?In general, you can do your work any time you choose. But meet all deadlines noexceptions

    F. How does FPA know how much work I did?Your excel spreadsheet will be checked this also gives us an audit trail for quality

    G. May I get other people to perform the work for me? No this creates issues.

    H. Is there a quota I must satisfy?In general, the amount of work we receive from our clients varies from week to week.Most of our contractors perform work for us on a part-time basis with the averagecommitment ranging from 20 hours per week.

    I. How soon will I be contacted?There are currently 9 contractors performing data entry services for FPA. We do not want

    to discourage you from registering; however, there is a very long waiting list of peoplewho are serious and ready to work, but you have made it to step three so rest assuredwe are interested in you.

    J. Why do I need DSL or a cable modem connection?All of our work involves typing and filling out forms and pasting links
