Features 

Storage Management and Optimization You map the entirety of your storage facilities in ZEROM RTLS. You can set up different virtual zones such as automatic warehouses, high-rack storage areas, bulk storage areas, or fixed bin warehouses, in various storage types, according to your requirements. You manage the stocks at virtual zone level. You can define these virtual zones according to your own requirements. Every storage bin in your warehouse is mapped in the system. This enables you to constantly track all stock movements in detail. You can see exactly where a specific product is located in your warehouse. 

Goods Movements You process all goods movements that affect your warehouse using ZEROM RTLS, such as goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and automatic replenishment. These movements can include goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, automatic replenishment, management of dangerous goods, layout-oriented and process-oriented storage control, effective work preparation using automatic wave pick creation, resource optimization using rule-based bundling of warehouse tasks, or processing of inventory differences in your warehouse. 

Labor Management You can plan labor times and resources in your warehouse, by classifying, measuring, planning, and simulating the activities in your warehouse. You can compare and evaluate the performance of your warehouse employees. You evaluate performance on an individual level or based on teams or shifts. After the work has been performed you can compare the planned and actual times, and trigger incentives such as bonus payments using the HR system.    

Planning and Monitoring ZEROM RTLS gives you an overview of all goods movements and warehouse stocks. The system supports you in planning, monitoring, and optimizing work processes. The real-time monitoring functions give you a current view of all activities in the warehouse.

The ZEROM RTLS Manager is a comprehensive solution used for planning, deploying and configuring the system. Its intuitive tools and wizards make it easy to setup virtual zones and notification rule-sets for managing warehouse effectively. You can create custom alerts configurations based on the zonal position of tracked objects within the tracking area. 

● Virtual Zone Setup - Manage the entry and exit of all assets by space with more efficiency. 

● Notification Setup - Each of the virtual zones can set up the notifications of info/warning/danger level about the tag groups. 

 The ZEROM RTLS Manager provides flexible options for configuring the various notifications. The administrator can: 

● enable/disable each of the notification types ● change the notification message ● choose the delivery method for each notification type 

You can modify notification text to suit your organization's requirements. The notification text is a template that can include fields that are replaced with predefined text when the message is sent. Use these fields to provide more detailed information to the user. These fields are surrounded by brace characters ({}).

The ZEROM RTLS Analytics is browser-based tool responsible for providing real-time, graphical information of your entire system at that very moment. ZEROM RTLS APIs Integrate the location intelligence into your own solution with HTTP REST, WebSocket, Webhook. With RTLS APIs you have all data formats and interactive Open API interface for smooth integration accessible at one place.  

● REST - Provides all available metadata information and positioning data. Can be used to access assets and historic data, like information about Buildings, Floorplans, Tags, Anchors etc. It is the only connector that is able to get assets data from the database. 

● Websockets - It is used in applications where real-time positioning acquisition is required. Websockets can only provide positioning data. To access history data, please use the REST connector. 

● Webhook - A webhook is a way for an app to provide other applications with real-time information. A webhook delivers data to other applications as it happens, meaning you get data immediately.

ZEROM RTLS With Quuppa 

   The ZEROM RTLS has the QPE(Quuppa Positioning Engine) connecting module by using QPE APIs.  ZEROM RTLS system has following communication flow: 

1. The locator periodically determines the real-time position of the Tag. 2. Each locator calculates a distance and a angle to particular Tag and sent it to QPE 

server. 3. The QPE server provides APIs which all position data collected by locators. 4. The RTLS Connectors of ZEROM call the QPE APIs and sent it to Data Collector. 5. The Data Collector of ZEROM send it to Analyzer and Database. 6. The result of Analyzer send it to clients via the Data & Notification Broadcasting Engine.
