KO AU - Adapting and improving your individual practice
Able to differentiate between transacting and transforming
Clear and accurate documentation noting a baseline with clear identification of needs and goals
Self analysis and evaluation of work to ensure it evidences whānau transformation
Seeking supervision/professional support to ensure that practice is of the highest standard
KO TĀUA - reviewing individual working relationships ensuring they are supportive of reaching whānau outcomes
Acknowledges the importance of relationships at an individual level
Ensures kaimahi are working together to meet the needs of whānau
Actively build relationships with colleagues to enhance the whānau experience and outcomes
Working together to eliminate barriers and find solutions
