How to applyThe ESA Foundation awards numerous scholarships annually; this is the process for applying.

1. Browse scholarships - From the main scholarship page, start by selecting the state of your residence, not where you go to school. Click “Search scholarships” to view the full list of opportunities for the 2013-14 academic years.

2. Create a scholarship account – Once you have identified some potential scholarships, click “Apply now” to access our online scholarship application system. We'll collect your contact, financial, and academic profile information to customize your scholarship search and speed your online submission.

3. Submitting an application - Scholarship applications are submitted online through the automated system and the information collected will be passed along to the scholarship director.

4. After submission - When the application has been determined to meet the Foundation's criteria, it is forwarded to Scholarship Coordinator who checks to see that the applicant meets the necessary criteria. The application is then sent for judging of the particular scholarship for which the student is applying.

Purpose of ScholarshipsAES Engineering is pleased to be able to continue offering scholarships to motivated students to help in the furthering of their education.

Scholarship CriteriaOur belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria for determining who deserves to be helped. Description of ScholarshipThe Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide, need based, merit scholarship; each scholarship will help pay the unmet financial need of the recipient, up to $5,000 each semester.

Personal and transportation costs are the responsibility of the recipient. The scholarship award amount can be increased subsequent semesters to offset the expiration of

other scholarships, grants and awards received by recipient. During the fall semester of the second year of college recipients will be provided with a personal

During the fall semester of the third year of college recipients who have achieved a 3.50 CGPA will receive a Study Abroad Award. See Study Abroad.

During the fall semester of the fourth year of college recipients will receive $1,000 after establishing a personal Schwab Brokerage Account. See   Schwab Account .

Recipients must attend a mandatory workshop prior to the start of each academic year of college. See Workshops.

Recipients must work 240 hours in the twelve months prior to the start of each academic year of college and provide proof of employment.

Each scholarship is renewable for up to seven additional semesters if the recipient fulfills the renewal criteria, attends the mandatory workshops, and fulfills their Schwab Account responsibilities.

2018 Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must attend an Eligible Public High School; see List of Eligible Public High Schools. Must be a student in the 2018 high school graduating class. Must have achieved a high school CGPA of 3.50 or higher. Must have scored 23 or higher on the ACT (Composite Score); or 1,200 on the SAT. Must enroll in a four-year college the first semester following high school graduation. Must work 240 hours in the twelve months prior to the start of college. Must complete the FAFSA in 2017 using 2016 tax return information. FAFSA EFC must be less

than $6,500. Must apply for eligible Federal and State grants. Must not have been convicted of a felony.

The intended recipient of a Hagan Scholarship is a high achieving, self-motivated student with high goals in need of financial assistance in order to attend college.

The Elks National Foundation will award 500 four-year scholarships to the highest-rated applicants in the 2019 competition.

Male and female students compete separately. Ranging from $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year, Most Valuable Student scholarships are for

students pursuing a four-year degree, on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 semester hours), in a U.S. college or university. All scholarships are in the form of certificates of award conditional upon the full-time enrollment of the winner in an accredited U.S. college or university.

The Chicago office of the Elks National Foundation will announce the 2019 500 national winners in late April 2019. (Many local Lodges, districts and state Elks associations award their own scholarships through this program. These scholarships are not to be confused with the 500 Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarships.)

The 20 top finalists will participate in an all expenses paid Leadership Weekend in Chicago during which they’ll interview with the national judges. These 20 finalists will be vying for two first-place awards of

$50,000; two second-place awards of $40,000; and two third-place awards of $30,000. The remaining 14 finalists will receive awards of $20,000. The 480 runners-up will receive fifth-place scholarships of $4,000.

AXA Achievementsm Scholarship

The AXA Achievementsm Scholarship provides over $1.4 million in scholarships to young people throughout the nation representing all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Students have the opportunity to receive a $2,500, $10,000 or $25,000 scholarship. Award Details:

The Prina Legacy Scholarship is a 4 year renewable award. The amount and number of awards will vary depending on type of school and student financial needs. The amounts may range from $4,000 - $40,000 spread out over 8 semesters. Funds could be held over for a master program but still can only be spread out over 8 semesters.

Purpose:

American College Foundation

Criteria

Applicant must be currently enrolled as a High School Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior(2021, 2020, 2019, or 2018); and, must be a United States citizen or eligible non-citizen.  Relatives of the American College Foundation Staff are not eligible to apply.Financial need is NOT considered; all income levels are encouraged to apply.

Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 each; with multiple winners to be selected.  Each award is a non-renewable, one-time award and is to be used exclusively to offset costs and fees related directly to the student's first year of higher post-secondary education at an accredited institution of the student's choosing within the United States.  In the event an underclassman is an award recipient, the monies will be held by the American College Foundation until the student completes high school and begins their higher education; at which time the awarded amount will be distributed.

UEW Healthcare is pleased to offer the UEW Healthcare EEOICPA Scholarship. The Scholarship is open nationwide to those who will be attending college fall semester of 2018.
