El Cuervo Mexican Restaurant Visit Spanish 101 Professor-This project can be assigned to all students since it will be completed outside of class. It may be used as part of an honors contract or as one of multiple choices for a class of approximately 30 students. Parte E Entrevista. Contact the owner of the restaurant, Ricardo Barajas, to set up a 30 minute interview. Call Mr. Barajas to make an appointment with him or visit the restaurant at a typically slower time of the day (in between meals). You can contact him at: (619) 295-9713. You will ask him the following questions in Spanish and also prepare ahead of time a handful of additional questions in English about his experience at the restaurant. Be sure to include proper greetings and farewells. Also, please take notes during the interview.

vocabulary and words from your research and/or the interview. Also, you can include

terms that express your thoughts and feelings about this experience, for example:

comida, almuerzo, delicioso, tacos, etc. (you may use a dictionary/translator).

● Repeat one or more of the terms multiple times in the list so that they will stand out in

your word cloud.

● Save your document.

● Click on http://www.wordclouds.com/. There is no need to create an account.

● Click on FILE and then PASTE/TYPE TEXT. A box will appear and you can cut and paste

your text in list format (no numbers or bullets). Click on APPLY.

● To edit your list click on WORD LIST.

● You can edit the size, shape, color, and font style. You can also randomize, widen or

tighten the gaps between the words, change the direction of the text, and invert. MASK

will hide or show the border of the shape you are using.

● Be creative!

Then cut and paste image into an email and send to the instructor.
