● Two proposals submitted- One from “The Spot”; their proposal was great, interested to work at Waiʻanae, Leeward,

and the Theatre; looking for a permanent space. They will take the lead on setting up a permanent space (funding wise as well)

- Whatʻs their availability for Waiʻanae? What will their hours be? Wouldnʻt be up and running until the summer.

- One from Coquitos (Mexican Cuisine); Mark Lane said theirs wasnʻt completely filled out; didnʻt check back into their application; the owners just want to try it out, they arenʻt prepared.

- Waiʻanae isnʻt set up for a hot kitchen, would the Spot be able to take the lead on that? There are three certified hot kitchens in a ½ mile radius from Waiʻanae campus(the elementary school, foster care system, and transitional housing), why not utilize these spaces that are nearby rather than building a whole space? Cedric Gates said to reach out to him if we want to bring these two resources together.

- Rawley will schedule next meeting
