1. Introduction.This course is designed for the following delegates:

Companies in the supply chain who need to know more about RSPO Supply Chain Certification and who want to become RSPO SC Certified.

Any individual who wants to learn more about RSPO and the RSPO certification. Certification body personnel.

2. Delivery of the course.The course is delivered as follows:On-line narrated powerpoint presentation by way of 13 modules followed by on-line discussion and training.

Module titles and content are given below and are made available for download. They then become a permanent point of reference for any individual topic.

Having spent as long as necessary to listen and study the topics – I suggest at least 4 hours – an online training via WebEx is arranged that may last up to 3 additional hours.

Delegates are then able to send me questions via email at any time covering any aspect of RSPO certification from oil palm plantations ad through to final product manufacture.

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance as proof of this training.

WebEx CONNECTION.I am always nervous about audio connections and so I share with you the following.Allow 10 mins or so to join the meeting. I will be on line and will have started the meeting about 20 mins prior to the scheduled time. Do not worry if you are late. We have plenty of time to answer queries.

Having selected “Join” from the link, you will be asked to insert: Meeting number. Your name. (This then appears on my screen). Your email address. The password for the meeting. You will eventually have a screen as shown below, and then it is important to select the correct au-

dio option. I am assured by WebEx that everyone can communicate via their computer providing you have a

good internet connection. So, close all other websites down! You will see the audio connection box. It is very tempting to just click onto the blue “change settings”. These settings allow you to change

from computer speakers to headset. However, you must click onto the Grey words: “Call using computer”. This will then give you audio

access through the computer. Check your microphone and headset settings!! Un-plug any second screens from your computer. (For some reason these may affect your audio).
