Papaya production withRs 1.3 – 1.5 lac net profit.After using proper recommendation, papaya production reached to 60 ton / ha ant net income gone up to Rs 2.25 lac from the same piece of land.He replicate papaya success in Banana production too, Banana production which was 60-70 ton/ ha increased to 90-100 ton/ ha after applying soil health card recommendation. This change earns Rs 1.5 lac more and make farmer happy.

previous year.

9. Use of SHC: by use of soil health card, farmer aware about deficiency of

organic carbon and phosphorous and change application of fertilisers

accordingly. Farmer is using higher dose of urea fertilizer which

increase cost of cultivation unnecessarily. By the use of SHC, farmer

reduce application of urea and apply only as per the recommendation of

SHC which reduce cost of cultivation and thereby increase in net

income. By the use of SHC, farmer also aware about importance of

micro nutrients as well for better quality and production.
