SAP Fiori– End Users Access Procedure

1.1.1.1.1.1 Use

The purpose of this document is useful for end users to access standard fiori applications from mobile/PC.

1.1.1.1.1.2 Prerequisites

All the required versions as per SAP recommendation exist in the landscape Fiori Launch Pad and Launchpad designers are ready to use with appropriate authorizations.

1.1.1.1.1.3 Procedure

1. PC/Tablet :

Open FioriLaunchPad URL from browser.

Or

http://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html

Give valid credentials of gateway server to login as shown below.

It will login and show the applications as tiles under specific groups for which authorizations exist.

Observe that actual application is opening in PC/Tablet as Master-Detail page in single screen as shown below

2. Mobile :

Fiori Launch Pad should be exposed to Internet to access it from outside network/Mobile.

2.1 Users can use browser in Mobile as shown above to access Fiori Launchpad.2.2 Users should download Fiori Client from Google Playstore or Apple Store to

access fiori applications from Mobile.

Follow below steps from mobile to access fiori applications using fiori client.

Open Fiori Client,Choose Log in

Enter Fiori launchpad URL.Set Passcode which will be useful as additional security otherwise disable it .

Give valid credentials of gateway server.Choose Logon which shows assigned applications as tile under specific groups.

Open any application which shows only Master page initially from mobile whereas from PC , It open both Master and Detail pages at a time.

After selecting the specific workitem, detail page opens.
