The Volunteer Schedule and Carnival Map are attached. Names are listed alphabetically. Booth assignments are next to each name. Please arrive at your booth 5 minutes earlier than the time assigned. There will be an Information Desk near the Food Tent for anyone with questions about where to go. If you are scheduled as a Runner, we will assign you a specific area of responsibility on Sunday. Please report to the Information Desk 5 minutes before your shift is scheduled to begin. We have worked very hard to accommodate shift requests. Please work your shift assignment, even if it was not your first choice. If you do not show up, your booth may need to shut down during your shift. We need you in order for Carnival to run smoothly. ☺ Carnival moves into the Chatsworth school building if it rains, so please show up to work your shift even if it is raining. It is a great rainy day activity for your kids. Please check your email on Sunday mornng for any last minute notices. Please remember to support the Cake Walk and Country Kitchen. For Cake Walk, your cake must be labeled with your name and be on a covered, disposable plate. For Country Kitchen, please package your baked goods in small bags for easier handling and label and write down the ingredients (nuts, wheat...) to prevent any allergy issues. All baked good should be delivered by 11:45 AM Carnival morning Please do not block the Larchmont Ave. entrance to the school playground.
