Our comprehensive project management approach, combined with our manufacturing expertise, teams up to provide modular process systems of unsurpassed quality at the most efficient price. Each system is fabricated from the highest quality components, and finished to meet the most stringent QA/QC standards. All procedures are documented with comprehensive FAT protocols and turn-over packages. In addition, our rigorous installation and operation qualification procedures ensure that all equipment performs as desired.

INCREASED CAPACITYWe are pleased to announce that our new 50,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility construction is completed! Our new facility offers the following:

• 40,000 Sq. Ft. fabrication space, 10,000 Sq. Ft. office space, 30 Ft. under the hook and 20-ton capacity

• Dedicated FAT conference rooms with video conferencing & internet access

• Secure loading area for truck shipments

• Increased capacity and expanded capabilities for tanks and large assemblies which would include: CIP tanks, large tank skids, depth filter skids, WFI skids, bio-reactor vessels, tempering skids, fermenter vessels and bio-waste decontamination skids (ABC-Actini LLC)

• State-of-the-art FAT utilities including: oil free compressed air, RO/DI water, Clean Steam, Nitrogen, Helium, and Argon

• State-of-the-art equipment including: material handling equipment, welding equipment, automated polishing equipment, forming and cutting equipment, testing and inspection equipment & positive material identification equipment

• Code/Certification Capabilities: ASME, section VIII-Division 1, NBIC Repairs/Alterations, CE/PED, CRN, GMP, ASME BPE, Singapore MOM

• Materials including: stainless steel and other nickel based alloys
