GLASS CLAMP GLAZING SYSTEM(Rhombus Spider)

Ozone introduces Glass Clamp Patch Fittings specifically designed for double glass glazing workprojects yet it can be used for single glass glazing too. With this clamp patch fitting, there is no need to have any kind of holes or cut-out on the front glass for fixing that makes it suitable for DGU facades and saves cost. It clamps the glass panes at their corners with EPDM Gasket to provide strength to the glass, meeting all structural requirements such as dead weight of the glass, wind load & differential expansion due to temperature fluctuation. The assembly is bolted and supported with the help of Vertical fins created for managing the wind load. Its Rhombus shape design provides a geometrical look to the façades hence differentiating building design from rest. Available in stainless steel grade 304 & 316, it is tested for structural integrity, safety and stability.
