The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ a

Human Resources Administrator who will report directly to the Executive Manager: HR and be based at

the Head Office situated in Centurion, Pretoria.

Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to the following:

Create and maintain efficient HR administration system e.g. invoices, meeting etc.

Ensure that all the Learning and Development files are opened and kept up-to-date.

Prepare and compile induction packs including assisting in facilitating the compilation of all

related documents.

Ensure that all PMS files are opened labelled and kept in a safe place.

Receive the balance score cards and file them as per departmental registers.

Receive the annual score cards assessments with scores, check and file them accordingly.

Assist in collating all the personal Development (PDPs) Plans for the SETA staff.

Prepare a spreadsheet report about all the training needs as per PDPs.

Assist the Manager L&D in preparing for the submission of the workplace skills plan (WSP)

including the final submission.

Generate requests for purchase for all the training as per WSP and in line the L&D budget

and follow-up on progress.

Register staff on courses as per purchase orders including travel arrangements

Manage HR filling system

To efficiently coordinate the usage of HR stationery for cost effectiveness and record

keeping.

Ensure that payments are processed on time for all HR services rendered e.g. invoice,

purchase orders, cheque requisitions, etc.

Efficient coordination of all travel arrangement for the HR team.

Efficiently coordinate all HR meetings and events and ensure proper two way communication

thereof (internal and external.)

Provide an efficient and well-coordinated logistical and admin support to HR related projects.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Grade 12

National diploma in HR or equivalent

2-3 years general administration experience in an HR environment

Computer literacy – proficient in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point & Ms Project.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Interpersonal Skills

Communication Skills

Attention to details

Dealing effectively and professionally with a wide range of people

Team Player.

Special Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel

Willing to work overtime as and when required to do so.
