ABSTRACT

The Impact of logistics management in customer

Satisfaction

Case study on Pacific International Lines-Jordan

This study aimed to investigate the Impact of logistics management in

customer’s satisfaction in pacfic international line –jordan .

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a

questionnaire consisting of (42)paragraphs to gather the primary information from study

sample which consisted (233) individuals. The statistical package for social sciences

(SPSS) and Statistica was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The

researcher used many statistical methods to achieve study objectives, such as Multi &

simple regression, The main conclusions of the study were:

1. There was a significant impact of logestics management (Transportation,

Warehousing and Procurement) in customer satisfacation (quality of service)at

level (0.05).

company's competitive advantage.

and the elements that affect them and make continuous improvements to the

services in pacific international lines –jordan CO.
