(a) The supplier shall request the indentor/consignce for providing Road pemrif/ Waybitl within 10 days ofthe r€€eipi oftheorder. The supplier shalt fumish all the necessary information and documents in this regard to Indentor/consignee.

(b) o1r rcceipt ofthe above request from the supplier, the indentor/consignee concemed shall anange to provide the Roadpermirway Bill in the prescribed folm to the supplier within a maximum period of two weeks so that the same reaches thesupplier befor€ the dispatch of the storcs. However, ir cases where the Road pemii^May Bill is issued on proof of actual invoi€eofthe material, th?consignee shali arrange to provide the Road pennitway Bill ftom appropdaie authodties within a maximumpedod of 5 days ftom the ieceipt of itrvoice.

(c) The supplier shall not be held responsible for any delay in supply due to non- supply/delayed supply ofRoad pemit^Vay billthe indentor/consignee.

(d) All cases of abnormal delay in providing requisite details/ documents by the supplier or issue of Road penniflVay bill byindentor/consignee, the same shall be reported by drcm to DGS&D.
