The vacuum concept is devised individually to customer and material requirements. It takes into account, for example, the ambient outside air, height above sea level, conveying distance and the pipe diameters, feed capacity and material properties. PREFILTERThe safety filter collects dust, angel hair and fine particles in a central container and protects the blower from dust and wear. The filter is self-cleaning using the implosion principle. Depending on the mate-rial, various filter inserts and cartridges can be used. Available are fabric, fleece, polypropylene, polyester and paper as well as implosion and jet filters. Dust containers made from stainless steel, glass or polycarbonate, or lattice boxes with dust bags collect the material.

FEED SYSTEM MODELLINGJust like roads and junctions are shown on a GPS navigation system, the SFx system maps all pipe lines, couplings, distributors and ma-chines and visualises them on the controller’s display.
