Applications for nerv construction or any exterior changes to the residence or for tree clearing on the properly must
be made to the Architecrural Review Committee (anC). The ARC will review applications for any home
construction and/or exterior changes to the residence or to the properly itself within 3! days of submission' The
application form may be obtainei by contacting the Lake Poinie. ARC or Board of Directors' When the form is
"ompl"t"a, it shouldbe returned to the ARC vi-a mail. All applications should be submitted in duplicate' If the
iliilil is not submitted as described below, it will be returnld and no action will be taken by the ARC until the
uppti"ution is properly submitted. The ARC ,.ui"*, all applications on an as-needed basis and submits its decisions
to the board at their monthly meetings. The Board of Direciors will then approve or disapprove all applications' The
AnC *itt notiff the homeoiyner by mail and/or telephone of the Board's decision'
L APPLICATION FORM: Completed and signed by all owners of the property'
2. SITE PLAN OR SURVEY: A site plai or s;urvey showing the lot number and arry existing
structures. The boundaries of the proprrty mttst be inciuded. Proposed additions or changes must be
indicated on the site plan. Home oiaitiint shottld include dimensions, location, and the dimensions
and distances from ihe property tine(s). Additions or changes to existing structures should also
include distanies from the eiisting structures and property line(s).
3. MATERIALS AND COLORS: Samples of the'materiit and color (i.e. screen' awningfabric' color
swatches, etc:") must be included. If the ipplication is for an addition -or change to an existing
structure, photographs of the existing resicleile must be included so that the ARC can ascertain that
the changes would be comPatible'
4. DRAWINGS AND PHOTOGRAPHS: A drawing or graphic description of the addition or change
must be included. This may be in rheform of mant,factirer's literature, pholographs, orfreehand or

approximate center of the lot facing the rea) of the lot o, tiwaid the lake side of the lot showing the
wiclth of the lot and vegetation as ielt as photis of the entire road, road shoulders and ditches infront

5. CASWELL COUNTY: After receiving approvat fiom the iRC and BOD, a permit may be required
from Caswep County or other gor"rni"ntil authorities. The applicant/Homeowner must determine
whether this reqttirement applies Qnd should obtain the necessary permils.
6. FEES: TheArchitecturalrevian'fee,roadbondandpaymentforsiltfencing(ifrequired)mustbepaidand all Homeowners Association dztes mttst be orrrrit before approval of any plans will be given
7. THIRD pARTy GoMMENTS: LYritten comments from neighbors and other residents concerning
any prop^secl changes may accompany the apptic-atiin- Thei comments will be considered by the

and Restrictive Covenants- These sitandards may change over time. The changes will be made public
and will b)' reflected in the application procesi, The ARC'welcomes any homeowner to its meetings
