Madagascar and France both has no specific percent of the Ethnic groups, I did all my research to find if there was a percent of Ethnic group.

The adult literacy of Madagascar has not much people that are not doing that much years of school, and France I know that there are all about of schooling than anything else in life. Madagascar has a large area and population, but you would think that more people would like to go to college.

I realize when I was doing a lot of research on Madagascar and France that they don’t have or specific number of Ethnic Group because some people come and go ,so they never know. Expect for the how many people go to school, and I still don’t understand why France has more people going to school than Madagascar cause you would think that would want a good education.
