Costume - Costume Designer – Ursula Bombshell  Urban and sophisticated, could be worn in everyday life. Shades of black and grey with brightly

coloured ties for the men. Variety of different texture in women’s costumes; metallic, shiny, flimsy. Each costume is different.

Lighting - Lighting Designer – Lucy CarterInspired by the film and street images. Highlights tension and the urban environment. Enhances the film idea by zooming in, panning out and ‘painting’ the screen. Floor lights define the spacing and harshly light the dancers.

Set - Set Designer – Dick StrakerA curved wall which provides a surface for the film projection and conceals or reveals the singer. Two curved walls (One large and one narrow) are created for the dancers.

Staging and Film - Staging – Proscenium Arch with film shown.Film – Black and white film, shot by Pete Gomes which is projected in two sections. The first a documentary section with young men in the street and the second the singer Patricia Rozario.
