05104/20L3. Total number olmonthly instalments is 84.

3) Th;rt as per term ol the loan agreement dated 2810312016 the presentaccused person failed to pay the n-ronthly instalments towarcis lhe complainantconrpanv. The present aqcused person only paid Rs. 1,90,6571' ott 03l1Ol2079in respect olthe saici loan account.
