Individual training pacts
The CPIAs provide a targeted response to the demand for adult training, acting in particular on making the
most of the previous experience.
The educational paths are customized on the basis of an individual training pact ("patto formativo
individuale") defined after recognition of adult's skills and formal, informal and non-formal knowledge.
This makes it possible to tailor the training to specific needs.
CPIA 4Rome
