Receipt
The samples were received on 4/18/2018 12:24 PM; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and, where required, on
ice. The temperatures of the 2 coolers at receipt time were 2.4º C and 3.4º C.
GC/MS VOA Method(s) 8260C: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) analyzed in batch 460-513199 was outside the method criteria for the
following analytes: Chloromethane and Dichlorodifluoromethane. A CCV standard at or below the reporting limit (RL) was analyzed with
the affected samples and found to be acceptable. As indicated in the reference method, sample analysis may proceed; however, any detection for the affected analytes are considered estimated.
Method(s) 8260C: The laboratory control sample (LCS) and / or laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 460-513199 recovered outside control limits for the following analyte: Dichlorodifluoromethane. This analyte was not detected in the
associated samples; therefore, the data have been reported.
Method(s) 8260C: The laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 460-513220 recovered outside control limits for the following analyte: 1,1,2,2-Tetrachloroethane. This analyte was biased high in the LCSD and was not detected in the associated samples; therefore, the data have been reported.

A CCV standard at or below the reporting limit (RL) was analyzed with the affected samples and found to be acceptable. As indicated in the reference method, sample analysis may proceed; however, any detection for the affected
analyte is considered estimated.
Method(s) 8260C: The laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 460-513775 recovered outside control limits for the following analyte: Dichlorodifluoromethane.
Method(s) 8260C: The following sample had a peak at 7.98 min that is a GC carryover; therefore, it was not reported.177229E-S2 (460-154197-2)
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
GC/MS Semi VOA
Method(s) 8270D: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 460-512568 recovered above the upper control limit for < Benzo[g,h,i]perylene, Dibenz(a,h)anthracene, Di-n-octyl phthalate and Indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene>. The samples associated with this
CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes; therefore, the data have been reported. The following sample is impacted: (CCVIS
460-512568/2).
Method(s) 8270D: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 460-513246 recovered above the upper control limit
for < 4-Nitrophenol>. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes; therefore, the data have been reported. The following sample is impacted: (CCVIS 460-513246/2).
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
GC Semi VOA Method(s) 300.0: The following samples were diluted to bring the concentration of target analytes within the calibration range:
177229E-W1 (460-154197-3), 177229E-W2 (460-154197-4), (460-154197-D-4 DU), (460-154197-D-4 MS) and (460-154197-D-4 MSD) at 23.0, 23.0, 23.0, 23.0 and 23.0. Elevated reporting limits (RLs) are provided.
Method(s) 8081B: The following sample required a mercury clean-up, via EPA Method 3660A, to reduce matrix interferences caused by
