All tests (shell test, tightness tests, torque test, bending moment...) are carried out in ourworkshop in strict accordance with the customer specifications and /or international standardrequirements.

FEA validation by measurement of STRESSES by extensometric GAUGES stuck on BODY during PRESSURE & BENDING MOMENT loading.
TORQUE & LEAKAGE records at all cases of loading.
PRESSURE TEST at MIN & MAX TEMPERATURE.
CYCLING ENDURANCE TEST spreads on all test situations.
MAINTENANCE SIMULATION under MAX BENDING MOMENT to verify that BONNET can be removed and replaced in BODY.
MAINTENANCE TOOL for vertical position verification (only if required).
