Food Services• 6.6m meals per annum prepared on site

• One-third hot meals

• All meals delivered on time

• 50% of meals are special diets including High Protein, Salt Free, Halaal etc (16 variations)

• Special diet meals are delivered to specific offenders in specific locations with specific wrapping

• 100+ offenders trained and qualified as food handlers (3,864 hours training provided)

• 17 staff members supervise operations

• Samples of each meal are kept for 4 days

• In the event of a power failure or emergency, food can be provided for 4 days with emergency supplies
