Aikido Demonstration by Llewellyn McGivern, Aikido Master Sugano 8th Dan Black Belt holder.

Info on Aikido – A Japanese martial art which means : the way of peace

Not a combat but rather a means of self-cultivation and improvement

Not in tournaments, contest or ‘sparring’. No gender or age disadvantage in learning. Good exercise

Registration on the 16th October after demonstration.

Beginners – 8 weeks introductory course Nominal fee – RM50 for 8 weeks course
