Imperative
The speaker gives a command or makes a request. Most imperative sentences end with a period. A strong command ends with an exclamation point.

Exclamatory
A sentence that shows excitement or expresses strong feeling. This type of sentence will end with an exclamation mark.

The speaker is making a statement and ends with a period.
