La storia della società risale alla fi ne degli anni ‘60, dall’ intuizione geniale del fondatore Enrico Manuele. Da allora è trascorso molto tempo e l’azienda, che da sempre è di proprietà della famiglia, si rinnova con la continuità assicurata dai fi gli.

L’azienda nasce come produttore di gomma spugna e ad oggi detiene l’unico know-how del settore a livello Italiano. Oggi, lo stabilimento sorge su un’area di circa 22.000 mq. con oltre 6.000 mq. di area produttiva, i cui tetti sono integrati con pannelli fotovoltaici ad alto rendimento di ultima generazione che assicurano circa il 90% del fabbisogno energetico dell’azienda e che eviteranno l’emissione di circa 80 tonnellate annue di CO2.

Ogni fase del processo produttivo, dall’ideazione, alla progettazione, ai test sui nuovi materiali fi no al prodotto fi nito viene effettuata all’interno della fabbrica, e questa autonomia garantisce il massimo controllo della qualità in ogni passaggio della fi liera.

Le produzioni comprendono la gomma spugna, frattazzi con gomma spugna, frattoni in acciaio, cazzuole, spatole, frattazzi per stuccatura e pulizia, ginocchiere, spingiacqua, spugne e tutto quello che riguarda utensili manuali professionali di qualità per l’edilizia e fi niture. Nella progettazione dei nuovi articoli viene posta da sempre molta cura per ottenere prodotti funzionali, ergonomici e di totale qualità: da prima vengono eseguiti dei prototipi che successivamente vengono accuratamente testati da “squadre di professionisti” e, solo dopo avere superati numerosi e severi tests di controllo, vengono immessi sul mercato.

The company history dates back to the late ‘60s, from intuitive genius of the founder Enrico Manuele. Long time passed since then and the company, which has always been owned by the family, keeps on innovating with the continuity provided by Enrico’s sons.

The company was founded as a manufacturer of foam rubber, and currently holds the unique know-how in the Italian industry.Today, the factory covers an area of about 22,000 square meters with over 6,000 square meters production area, and the roofs are covered with high-tech photovoltaic panels that provide about 90% of the energy needs preventing from the emission of about 80 tons of CO2 in atmosphere.

In the design of new products it has always placed great care to obtain functional products, ergonomics and aming to total quality: from the fi rst run of prototypes which are subjected to “teams of professional users”examinations tests, and only after each item passes many strict control tests, they enter the market.

Con la nostra esperienza di produttori ab-biamo raggiunto un alto grado di special-izzazione e abbiamo creato una gomma spugna resistente alle componenti acide contenute nella malta, nel cemento e nello stucco.La nostra gomma spugna è realizzata con materie prime di prima qualità e seguendo l’evoluzione tecnologica degli intonaci e i suggerimenti degli applicatori abbiamo di-versifi cato e affi nato i tipi di gomma spugna per l’applicazione di intonaco tradizionale e premiscelato.

With our experience as manufacturers we have achieved a high degree of specializa-tion and we have created a foam rubber resistant to acid components contained in mortar, in plaster and stucco.Our sponge rubber is made from high qual-ity raw materials and, following the techno-logical evolution of the plaster applicators and their suggestions, we made several spe-cifi c types of sponge rubber for traditional and pre-mixed plaster application.

With the trowel MISTRAL, in the early eight-ies, we witness the real innovation of the fl oats.We create a monolithic body of non-deform-able polyurethane that maintains the abso-lute fl atness of the tool with a lightweight than ever before.Easy to clean and very sturdy fl oat, the MISTRAL earns a signifi cant share of sales.

All’inizio degli anni novanta il frattazzo LASER P rappresenta un ulteriore miglio-ramento del classico utensile. Viene dotato di un manico anatomico in resina espansa esteticamente simile al legno ma con durata e robustezza decisamente differenti.

In the early nineties the trowel LASER P represents a further improvement of the classic tool. It comes equipped with a handle anatomical foam aesthetically similar to wood but with very different duration and strength.

Verranno fatturati al costo solo gli imballi speciali.
