◆ Higher productivity, higher reduction ratio,larger

feeding acceptance and less wearing

Due to the optimal design of the deep V

symmetric crushing chamber, and the design of

motion structure combined with the crusher speed,

the crusher intake the max. feeding size, productivity,

reduction ratio and less wearing; The excellent nip

angle makes the smooth rock crushing with the

reduction ratio up to maximum.

◆Robust frame

Robust frame is welded by the front cast steel

fixed jaw, side rolling steel plates, and rear cast steel

adjustment units. We improve the welding and the

steel force as well, with end welding to avoid plate

layer failure. After welding, the frame unit will be

given one whole annealing, so that the frame is

stronger, durable, reliable.

◆ CSS (Wedge) adjustment

system

Mechanical or hydraulic

wedge CSS adjustment system is

simpler and safer than the shim

adjustment.

◆No anchor bolt foundations

It is possible foundation bolts

are not required due to the good

balance of the crusher. The

crusher can operate by rubber

dampers and s toppers , to

efficiently absorb crushing load,

avoid the damage to the crusher

foundation.

◆An integral motor base

An integral motor base is

mounted on the crusher frame to

extend V-belt life and save the

mounting space, the foundation

can be more simple, while the

standard belt wheel and the

flywheel cover can be used.

◆Reliable & durable heavy-duty pitman assemble

The pitman is made of high quality cast steel,

driven by the heavy-duty cast iron belt wheel and

flying wheel. The heavy duty forging eccentric flying

wheel shaft and SKF or FAG bearing make the

crusher extraordinarily reliable. The pitman is

equipped with one interchangeable protection plate;

efficiently protect the pitman from the shock of the

feeding material.

◆Deep symmetric crushing chamber

With nip angle of 18-22°, the fixed jaw liner

and the moving Jaw liner is the same and can be

interchangeable.

◆Pinion shaft and spiral gear

Bevel and pinion gears can keep the crusher

with big torque and high efficient transmission.

◆Curved crusher chamber

According to the principle of lamination crushing

and the feature of chamber wall wearing, the shape

of cone crusher chamber is designed as curve, so as

to obtain larger productivity, high quality and less

wearing cost.

◆AutoRun Regulation

Overload protection, tramp iron protection,

wearing plate auto compensation and choke feeding

makes the efficiency of the cone crusher up to

maximum.

◆Eccentric interchangable

To meet the requirement of different mining

applications a combination of eccentric bushing and

eccentric are easily adjusted.

◆Overload protection system

The damage caused by overloading can be

reduced through hydraulic and electrical protection

system.

◆Reliable hydraulic lubrication system

Due to the modular design of independent

lubrication system and hydraulic system, the

crusher can obtain the protection function of

hydraulic oil temperature, flow, pressure, and

abnormal prow, with the linkage to main motor

starter control.

VS series crusher features in material overflow chamber, choke feeding, deep

◆Crushing principleThe patented design of feeding material flow

keeps the “ Rock on Rock” and “ Rock on Anvil” chamber meet various rock requirement of sand making, quarry shaping and powder making, etc. with less operation cost, less wearing cost and higher capacity.

◆Patented triple cycling of internal air flow designIt causes the upward & downward dust flow into

internal cycling, so that dust leakage is, to the max. extent, prevented from flowing out of the crushing chamber, efficiently control the dust flow during the operation.

◆Crushing chamberThe“ ock on ock” and“ ock on ”

crushi--ng chamber is interchangeable, which fits more applications. Central door-open structure is easier for observation of the operation inside the crushing chamber and wearing parts.

◆Patented center feeding designThe size of feeding mouth is adjustable to keep

choke feeding, so that there comes less air, less dust, and the material wont hit the rotor directly. The feeding always centers at the rotor center, to avoid abnormal vibration caused by uneven feeding, the crusher operates more smoothly. Reasonable overflow feeding can easily obtain the required end products, to increase the capacity.

◆Deep chamber triple channel rotorPerfect balance, high throughput, less wearing,

better versatility, easier replacement.

◆Oil lubrication system and start control Full lubrication, mandatory heat release, filter,

featuring protection of oil leakage, not enough oil and overheat, which links with the start control without daily maintenance.

The machine is equipped with Germany soft starter, featuring as follows: monitoring TV, lubrication station, oil temperature live display, overheat protection and vibration protection.
