◆ Higher productivity, higher reduction ratio,larger
feeding acceptance and less wearing
Due to the optimal design of the deep V
symmetric crushing chamber, and the design of
motion structure combined with the crusher speed,
the crusher intake the max. feeding size, productivity,
reduction ratio and less wearing; The excellent nip
angle makes the smooth rock crushing with the
reduction ratio up to maximum.
◆Robust frame
Robust frame is welded by the front cast steel
fixed jaw, side rolling steel plates, and rear cast steel
adjustment units. We improve the welding and the
steel force as well, with end welding to avoid plate
layer failure. After welding, the frame unit will be
given one whole annealing, so that the frame is
stronger, durable, reliable.
◆ CSS (Wedge) adjustment
system
Mechanical or hydraulic
wedge CSS adjustment system is
simpler and safer than the shim
adjustment.
◆No anchor bolt foundations
It is possible foundation bolts
are not required due to the good
balance of the crusher. The
crusher can operate by rubber
dampers and s toppers , to
efficiently absorb crushing load,
avoid the damage to the crusher
foundation.
◆An integral motor base
An integral motor base is
mounted on the crusher frame to
extend V-belt life and save the
mounting space, the foundation
can be more simple, while the
standard belt wheel and the
flywheel cover can be used.
◆Reliable & durable heavy-duty pitman assemble
The pitman is made of high quality cast steel,
driven by the heavy-duty cast iron belt wheel and
flying wheel. The heavy duty forging eccentric flying
wheel shaft and SKF or FAG bearing make the
crusher extraordinarily reliable. The pitman is
equipped with one interchangeable protection plate;
efficiently protect the pitman from the shock of the
feeding material.
◆Deep symmetric crushing chamber
With nip angle of 18-22°, the fixed jaw liner
and the moving Jaw liner is the same and can be
interchangeable.

Bevel and pinion gears can keep the crusher

and the feature of chamber wall wearing, the shape
