Scale-out Servers & PCIe Gen3 I/O Drawer SOD

IBM plans to extend the support of PCIe Gen3 I/O drawers to the POWER8 scale-out servers which have 6 or more cores.   This drawer is planned to be attached via two x16 PCIe slots and will require an update to the currently available firmware.
