Combined Heat and Power & Biomass Applications
Turboden's generators have been applied to both straight electricity generation, and cogeneration from biomass. Power output generally ranges between 400 kW and 2 MW, but can be designed in modules up to 10 MW.
Combined Heat and Power Standard Models
Turboden offers different standard models for CHP cogeneration:
TURBODEN 4 CHP - split: around 400 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 6 CHP - split: around 600 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 7 CHP - split: around 700 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 10 CHP - split: around 1000 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 14 CHP - split: around 1300 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 18 CHP - split: around 1800 kW net active electric power
TURBODEN 22 CHP - split: around 2200 kW net active electric power

Proven technology, standard and unique solutions
Through our supplier Turboden designs and manufactures customised units for special applications or sizes including modules up to 10 MW.
They also supply a range of standard units suitable for producting electricity by recovering heat from:
diesel, gas or biogas engines
industrial boilers and processes
gas turbines
biomass boilers
municipal waste
...and any heat source that can generate hot thermal oil for use in the ORC

High Efficiency
New Units for Electricity Generation and Cogeneration
Turboden has recently developed new models of turbogenerators that perform at high levels of electrical efficiency. HRS models can operate both in 'electricity-only' regime, maximising the electrical output, and in 'cogeneration', with the opportunity to provide heat from the condensing to any thermal load.
HRS Standard Models
Turboden offers three different HRS units:
TURBODEN 12 HRS - split: up to 1,112 kW net active electric power production
TURBODEN 24 HRS - split: up to 2,224 kW net active electric power production
TURBODEN 50 HRS – split: up to 5,000kW net active electric power production
PureCycle®
