CAPITAL DAY, LONDON, HONG KONG

Media Tree organised a 2 day investor conference for Lukoil

including large plenary presentations, 1-1’s and 1-few sessions

for a total of 200 investors.

We provided full management and logistical support organizing

all accommodation, flights and transfers for the management

team, and fully comprehensive support including registration,

catering, corporate gifts and management of the press.

We produced all production elements of the conference such as

staging, webstreaming, audio conferencing, all other audio-visual

elements, simultaneous translation and translators.

PHOSAGRO

CAPITAL DAY, MOSCOW, LONDON

Phosagro held their Investor Days in Moscow and London, with

above 60 investors from around the world.

Media Tree coordinated the design and management of a

bespoke dedicated website, designed, scripted and managed

this website, in full coordination with the IR and Corporate

Branding department.

We have also supported logistics and branding of Investor Days,

a bespoke system of badging and dispatching of an innovative

custom-built binder with presentation material. Management of

Q&A in coordination with senior IRO.

IPO & IR

The IPO in April 2011 of one of Russia’s most successfulreal estate developers raised US$661m.

The two-week event originated in Moscow, covering majorEuropean financial centres, including stops in New York andBoston.

Media Tree organised the logistics for 1-1 meetings, TheOpening ceremony at the London Stock Exchange and lookedafter travelling bankers and executives.

SBERBANK

SLIDE DESIGN FOR TROIKA CONFERENCE

In January each year, Sberbank and Troika organises a verywell-attended Russia Conference for international investors, postWorld Economic Forum in Davos.

Media Tree worked closely with the IR team to devise a specialprogramme that could capitalise on the presence of importantinternational investors and raise the profile of Sberbank.

A separate room was set up in the forum to showcasepresentations from a variety of Senior and up-and-comingSberbank managers (“Sberbank Capital Day”). Media Tree’steam designed and implemented all the presentation graphicsand supported the IR team in its management of the event on theday.

IPO

Lenta IPO transaction size was US$952m with Deutsche Bank,

JP Morgan & VTB Capital as global coordinators.

The roadshow was headed by 1 teams travelling to Europe &

USA.

Lenta top management team travelled to Moscow, London, New

York, Boston.

LISTING AT LSE

London listing of the biggest natural monopoly in Russia.

Media Tree organised logistics for 1-1 meetings, The OpeningCeremony at the London Stock Exchange and looked aftertravelling bankers and executives.

This event was organised with less than 1 week notice.

LISTING AT LSE

Media Tree organised and produced the opening

ceremony at the London Stock Exchange, advising and

looking after the executives of MRSK before and during the event

at the LSE.

Media Tree produced their stock exchange logo, an

animated video, stage design and production, in less than 2

weeks before the listing.

IPO

$1.04 bn IPO for OGK-2, the first Russian utility company to be

listed on the London Stock Exchange

Global coordinators: Deutsche Bank and Bank Troika.

Two week roadshow with a team of 10 executives meeting with

more than 300 investors on 3 continents, including 3 set

presentations, 10 monitor presentations, and 45 one-on-ones.

AURIZON (FORMER QUEENSLAND RAIL NATIONAL)

LARGE PRIVATIZATION

With US$4.1bn QR National became one of Australia’s biggest

privatisations being the largest national transporter of coal and

the world's largest rail transporter of coal from mine to port for

export markets.

Global Coordinators: Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit

Suisse, Goldman Sachs, RBS and UBS.

Media Tree provided full logistical support, for a 6 weeks long

ASIAN IR CONFERENCES

Several conferences over the years in London, Paris, Hong Kong

to emphasize the role of EDF in foreign markets.

Media Tree organised all events working hand in hand with the

EDF IR team.

Media Tree also worked closely with the EDF Energy team to

offer analysts a workshop demonstration of some aspects of the

nuclear business never shown before to the financial community.

ANALYST TRIP TO CHINA

Media Tree organized a site visit of Veolia’s Chinese opearations

for more than 50 analysts travelling from Europe to mainland

China.

4-day site visit to plants in Shanghai and Guangzhou: Shanghai

Puxi Waste to Plant, Linijang Plant, Pudong Water Center,

Guangzhou Likeng WTE Plant, Guangzhou Xingfeng Landfill.
