Select the non-ReviewTrackers web app or service.

Select one of the appropriate triggers.

Select ReviewTrackers.

Select your action (Send Request Review Email).

Steps 2 & 3 of 7

Link your ReviewTrackers account using an API key — Zapier will prompt you to test the connection.

Link your MailChimp (or other web app) account using an API key — Zapier will prompt you to test the connection.

Step 4 of 7

Select the appropriate corresponding fields.Apply any optional filters — these can get tricky! Ideally these are avoided.

The fields during this step vary based on the web app/service.

Step 5 of 7Select the location within ReviewTrackers.

Select or type in.

This should always read “Email.”

You’re able to test the Zap to make sure it works as intended.

Naming correctly and with some consistent pattern is important to keep Zaps in order!

Then switch on Zap.
