Exhibition Area

The exhibition area will be within the congress venue. Coffee breaks will take place within the exhibition area.

Minimum Exhibition Space: 6 sq.m. The maximum building height for exhibit stands is 2.50m.

Booth Space rental: 250.00€ per m2. The price includes:Exhibitors’ Manual, Exhibitors’ badges, Cleaning of area, 1 registration for welcome reception, coffee during breaks, lunches, gala dinner.• Power supply (230V/50Hz, 500W. More power and/or 1phase/3phase upon request)• Free Wi‐Fi (up to 150Mbps D/L)• 1 table (1.8m x 0.9m)• 2 chairs

Booth AssignmentBooth assignment, will be made on a “first come, first served basis”. Platinum and Gold Sponsors will have priority. A completed application form accompanied by advance payment should be mailed/faxed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance due will be mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.
