2016 WorkWell Massachusetts Award Program

WorkWell MA Awards ProgramThe Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) WorkWell Massachusetts Awards Program recognizes Massachusetts employers for their exemplary work in worksite health promotion. The program showcases employers of all sizes – large and small – on their employee wellness program’s performance.

Award Criteria and ProcessThe evaluation process uses the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) Scorecard© and a set of supplemental questions to assess an organization’s overall wellness programming. Submissions are assessed through an online tool and evaluated by a team of industry professionals.
