WP3. Harmonization of Lifelong

Learning (LL) system

Lifelong learning for sustainable agriculture in Alps-Danube-Adriatic Region – LifeADA is a TEMPUS IV project funded with the support of the European Union. Project Number – 544595 – TEMPUS – 1 – 2013 – 1 – HR – TEMPUS – J PHES.

Team members:

Tomislav Treer - fisheries Željko Jukić – postharvest technologyAntun Kostelić – animal health and protectionMaja Ferenčaković – PhD student of animal genetics Vlatka Čubrić Čurik – animal genetics and breeding

Tasks of WP 3:

-to develope draft of regional guidelines

-to develope national strategies

Time schedule:

Duration: 16-21 months (6 months)

Starting: March 2015.

- regional specificity and needs in ADA countries

- no common framework - no common methodologies

- LL programs not harmonized neither among non- EU ADA countries nor among non- EU and EU ADA countries.

Reasons:

Deliverables:

D3.1 round table on regional guidelines (2015-05-31)

D3.2 regional guidelines developed (2015-06-30)

D3.3 strategies on LL (2015-09-30)

Development of national strategies within this project is of great importance, as well as starting point for making strategic decisions,

e.g. which target groups should the institution put a focus on in order to further stimulate participation in LL, thus strengthen its position on the market.

Risks:

-different evaluation systems and accreditation procedures among partners

- no general acceptable solution on common methodological framework

-low interest of authorities
