CHEWING GUM in a new way.
Every year 472 million tons of chewing gum
are consumed around the world.
And every year over 374 trillion sticks of chewing gum
are made.
The average American now chews 300 sticks of gum per
year.
In the next 5 years, over 1 million metric tones
of chewing gum will be produced
Cleaning chewing gum off the streets costs 3x the price of a piece of gum
Chewing Gum is not biodegradable.
Singapore banned the sale and chewing of chewing gum in 1992
in order to keep the city clean.
But we can stop to litter our cities with the chewing
gum!
We can think about how to use it a creative and innovative way!
