Women in Super and AGSM @ UNSW Business School Scholarship Navigating and leading in an evolving superannuation landscape

APPLICATIONSAREOPENFollowing on from the success of the 2017 program, Women in Super (WIS) and AGSM @ UNSW Business School have again partnered to offer an education scholarship for WIS NSW members wishing to further their learning and leadership capabilities.

The scholarship will cover registration for a course offered by AGSM in 2018. Members can choose from a range of courses focused on building leadership and change management skills.

WIS is proud to support the development of women and offer these scholarships sponsored by AGSM, to continue the learning opportunities for our members.

Applications are encouraged from women of all levels of seniority and experience.

ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA&SELECTION

Applicationsareencouragedfromwomenofalllevelsofseniorityandexperience.

Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis oftheirapplicationandmustmeetthefollowingcriteria:

• Women in Super NSW member for 2017/2018 financialyear.*

• Demonstratethedesiretodevelopasanindividualbothprofessionallyandpersonally.

• Complete the course within 6 months of beingawarded the scholarship. The course mustcommencein2018.

• Complete an application form and include theirresumeand an explanationof how the coursewillbenefit them in their careers within thesuperannuation/financeindustry.

Applications must be received by the deadline to beconsidered.

All applicants will be reviewed by the WIS/AGSMScholarship Selection Committee. The judges reserve theright to vary thenumber and valueof scholarships basedonthenumberandqualityofapplicationsreceived.

Scholarship winners must provide a one-page writtenreport within one month of completing their course,coveringwhattheyhavelearned,outcomes/benefitsofthecourse and how they have/will put their new skills andknowledgeintopractice.
