CourierShipments(IMPORTANT)Couriercompanies–suchasTNT,UPS,FedExandDHL–deliverdoortodoor.Theyarenotobligedtodeliverthegoodstoyourstand.INTERFLOWcantakecareofreceipt,storageanddeliveryofyourcouriershipmentanddeliverthistoyourstandatthedesignatedtime.AddressyourshipmenttoINTERFLOW.Thenyouaresurethatyourshipmentwillbedeliveredtoyourstand.Pleasesendusthewrittenorder,togetherwithacopyofthetransportdocumentonwhichtheshipmentnumber,hallandstandnumberarestated.IfwereceiveashipmentthatisaddressedtoINTERFLOW,butwehaven’treceivedawrittenorder,wewilldelivertheshipmentassoonaswereceivethewrittenorder.Generalinformation:

metersthatrequiresaforkliftforinstallation.• ThehandlingofyourshipmentwillbechargedaspertheSPONSORREDUCEDTARIFF• Pleaseusethecorrectshippinglablesprovided• Pleasesendafullpreadvisebycompletingtheattachedmaterialhandlingform.

Do’s

1. Werecommendtousetheadvancecargoreceivingwarehouse.Thisgivesyoua15-daywindowfordeliveryandwillhelpavoidlostordelayedshipments.Goodswillbedeliveredfromthewarehousetoyourstand.

2. Werecommendyouusethepre-printedlabelsprovidedbyInterflowtoguarantee

delivery.

3. Werecommendthatallgoodsmustbefullyinsuredwithallriskcoverage.Insurancecanbeprovideduponrequest.Weregretthatwecantakenoresponsibilityforgoodsafterdeliverytostandregardlessiftheexhibitorispresentornot.

4. WerecommendyoutousetheservicesofInterflowLogisticsoroneofourtrusted

agentswhoofferdoor-to-doorbyeitherROADFREIGHT,AIRFREIGHTorOCEANFREIGHTfromoriginuptoyourstand.

Don’ts

1. Weadvisenottoshipsmallparcelsandpalletsdirecttovenuepriortothebuild-updayastheywillnotbereceived.Youmayreceivegoodsonthebuildupdayonly.

2. Weadvisenottouseacourierservice(UPS,Fedex,DHL)forshippingyourgoodsto

thevenue.Incaseyoumustuseacourier,pleasebesuretosendit(DDP)DutiesPrePaid.Thevenuewillnotacceptanycouriersentdirectlytostand.Incaseyoudecidetousecouriershipmentspleaseconsultustoobtainourofficeaddress–afeewillapply

3. Donotsendanyshipmentwithoutsendingusafullpreadvise.Informationshould

include:exhibitorname,contactdetails,trackingnumber,numberofpieces,weightanddimensions.
