Most PowerPoint slides do not make good handouts. It’s better to design the handout separately.

When you’re finished…• Step back and take a broad view. Squint
while holding the handout at arm’s length to get a better idea of the overall design.
• Don’t let a bad copying job ruin your beautiful handout. Know your copy machine!
