WHERE ARE WE?Kento-Boo Baptist Church

“I’ve belonged to churches where I felt like I was in the dark, and nobody knew where the switch was. We didn’t dare try to move ahead because we didn’t know which way was ahead.”

Calvin Miller, The Empowered Leader, p.62

“I happen to believe that the first duty of a leader is to define reality”

Max DePree to Peter Drucker

Vision or reality?

Strategic Planning is not only looking down the road, it is…

…not just a road map…

…it is a plan for a specific trip!

Thinking Strategically

• The Three Big Strategic Questions:1. Where are we now?

2. Where do we want to go?

3. How do we get there?

This strategic plan will create the “structure” of our church
