Your hair needs Vitamins A, C, protein, iron, omega3, zinc, biotin etc. to be lustrous, shiny and strong. If your diet constantly lacks these nutrients, hair fall is inevitable.

The water we bathe in does contribute to the health of our skin and hair. If you use hard water to wash your hair then chances are the shampoo might not wash away completely, leaving the hair rough and frizzy.

Hair loss treatments and colouring involve harmful chemicals like methylene glycol, formalin, methanol and methanediol which are ingredients that release formaldehyde when heated or mixed with water.

Worked-related stress or familial pressures can take a toll on your mental well-being but also cause heavy hair loss. Hair follicles being pushed to a resting to hair falling on it’s own, stress cause hairfall and hair fall treatment.

Ladies, loossen up! If you constantly pull your hair back with a tight scrunchy, it tends to become weaker at the roots and falls off eventually.
