What does DSN Innovations do?

• Innovations is a non-profit organization focused on bolstering U.S. manufacturing by providing innovative solutions and services that improve manufacturing supply chain coordination, agility and efficiency. We concentrate on Network Centric Manufacturing.

• These improvements make it more efficient and attractive for large companies and the government to work with the U.S. base of small- to medium-sized manufacturers.

• Major Clients: Department of Defense, Air Force, NASA and Lockheed Martin

What is my role as a communications coordinator?

Communications• Internal consultant on

presentations, methods and procedures to better communicate and engage the target audience

• Plan and coordinate special events (NCM Forum)

• Provide prompt responses to requests for materials

• Coordinate publicity through new releases, mass emailing and the quarterly eNewsletter

• Write copy for flyers and collateral• Write monthly reports and prepare

presentations for the Board of Directors & Executive Committee

Design• Develop, design and distribute the

eNewsletter

• Develop and design collateral, flyers , presentations, mass emails, case studies, etc.

• Maintain and develop Web site content

• Create all graphics used in documents and presentations

• Compose, design and distribute the annual conference white paper
