Gibb’s Model of Reflection
We have looked at learning styles and reflective models. Let’s have a closer look at REFLECTION.
Write a brief reflective account of when you have had to deal with inappropriate behaviour.
For this to be a true REFLECTIVE account we need to recognise what worked well and what was not so

Once we have identified these strengths and weaknesses we need to continue with the reflective model and identify
ways to improve and develop.
Lets have another look at our strengths and weaknesses.
Can you complete the final column? I will come round and look/discuss your ideas.
