Concerns of parents.

• Inactive PTA member should not be the PTA member.

• Girl student of Std- I facing the problem of divided skirt. It’s

inconvenient to use washroom with divided skirt.

• Are the leggins compulsory for girls.

• Can boys wear full pants in winter?

• It is found that teachers talk with parents after dispersal near the

gate.

• New parents enquired how they should get in touch with the PTA

member.

• How should the parents get absenteeism work completed?

• Teachers profile in cloud9 is empty.

• Can the bigger buses be replaced by the smaller ones, to reduce the

transit time.

• Route-6 bus is always late.

• Does school provide training for Olympiad exams.

• Is Taekwondo uniform compulsory?

• Relevance of teachers to that particular subject.

Answers to the queries

i) If the PTA member does not attend three PTA meets or if we receive any

complaints from parents of that class, the post will be ceased and new member

will be elected.

ii) Now since uniform is already given, it cannot be replaced. Also we have two

attendants per washroom to help the smaller children.

iii) Leggins are not compulsory, if the skirt is too short they are asked to wear.

Also few parents requested it due to winter cold.

iv) Boys can wear full pants during winter.

v) If we find teachers not adhering to the rules, we do take action accordingly.

vi) On the school website parents can get the name and contact number of PTA

member.

vii) We have ‘download’ tab on cloud9. Mr. Vinay Tanpure showed parents how

to download the app and check the homework as well as notes missed during

the absenteeism.

viii) We will be updating the teachers profile soon.

ix) Few parents refuse for smaller buses and few refuse for bigger ones. Buses

are chosen according to the number of students for that particular route.

x) Ms. Ankur addressed the query regarding route 6. It is late due to rainy

season, traffic near Euro school and the ongoing road construction work.

Parents have to bear for few days, she is trying her best to resolve the

problem.

xi) Competitive exams are not compulsory, no separate training is given at

school for the same. We will be sending the circulars for “Mindspark English”

soon and according to the parents response will arrange the training for it in

school hours.

xii) Taekwondo uniform is compulsory, if student is selected for its exam.

xiii) Teachers are selected after four rounds of interview. We make sure teacher

is qualified to teach that particular subject.

awarded title of "Budding star" in National Championship 2018-19 of

the MaRRS Pre School bee, Science & Maths Competitions, (Sr. kg

category) held on 28th July 2019 at Greenwood High International
